Job summary

BLOX LLC is seeking an experienced Master Electrician to lead electrical operations across multiple modular construction projects. This role requires oversight of field operations, scheduling, and compliance with NEC and state amendments.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and readiness to travel to project sites and manufacturing facilities as needed. A valid Master Electrician license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Master Electrician license required, with the ability to serve as the company’s license holder.
• Minimum of 8 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, including leadership or quality assurance responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of the NEC and state/local amendments.
• Experience with modular construction, manufacturing, or industrialized building preferred.
• Ability to travel to project sites and manufacturing facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for trade field operations across assigned projects.
• Planning (Pre-Construction) and review of design documents for constructability.
• Review program schedule and maintain trade labor forecast for all projects.
• Review proposed material buyout packages for compliance and scheduling.
• Build out detailed work schedules for trade activities and coordinate with Site Field Leadership and PM.
• Assign foremen and trades personnel to projects and communicate assignments.
• Ensure Foremen understand the Trade schedule and drive milestone achievement.
• Secure tools and equipment for trade activities and track costs in budgets.
• Lead manpower and material look-ahead planning with Foremen and relay to PM and site team.
