Job summary

Boston Dynamics, Inc. seeks a Senior Staff Electrical Test Engineer for the Atlas program in Waltham. You will design, deploy, and debug manufacturing test systems for cables, PCBA, and electromechanical assemblies, enabling scalable production and reliable field deployment.

You will establish factory acceptance testing standards, lead cross-functional collaboration, and mentor teammates while driving continuous improvement in test methods and fixtures.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with hi-pot and dielectric withstand tests.
Experience with bed-of-nails PCBA testing fixtures.
Strong debugging and test coverage development skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, deployment and debug of manufacturing test systems for Atlas.
Provide DFT recommendations and analyze test results for improvements.
Document procedures, fixtures, and test configurations; train teams.
Mentor engineers and support outsourcing for test development.
