Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical testing, validation, and debug of hardware.
• Experience with PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, USB testing and related standards.
• Proficiency with test equipment and data analysis tools.
• Strong programming skills for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex electrical test plans for server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Lead debug and root cause analysis of electrical failures at component, board, and system levels.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and QA teams to ensure testability and quality.
• Develop and automate test scripts using Python, C++, or LabVIEW for data acquisition.
• Analyze test data, create reports, and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Evaluate and select test equipment, fixtures, and instrumentation for testing needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices within the team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to improve testing capabilities.
• Participate in design reviews, FMEAs, and DFM activities to mitigate issues.
• Perform signal integrity and power integrity measurements to ensure specs.
