Job summary

E-ONE in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced electrical assembler to fabricate wiring harnesses and install components in various assemblies and chassis units for fire trucks.

You will work with 12V and 120/240V systems, read engineering drawings, use hand and power tools, and ensure quality across panels and control systems. This role requires physical capability and attention to safety while maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of experience in an equivalent position.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform overhead work.
• Must read, understand and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring harnesses and install components in electrical control panels, AC/DC drives, motors and devices.
• Design and fabricate electrical boxes for component installation.
• Drill, edge fill, fit and assemble detail parts and assemblies using hand/power tools.
• Inspect for proper installations and integrity.
• Maintain necessary documentation and records.
