Job summary

E-ONE in New York is seeking an Assembly Technician to read blueprints and wiring diagrams, assemble electrical and mechanical components, and program lighting systems per specifications. You will troubleshoot power systems and perform repairs across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic domains in a manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes independent work, adherence to quality and productivity standards, and participation in LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs and schematics.
• Assembles and installs harnesses, switch panels, electrical and mechanical components.
• Programs lighting systems per engineering specs.
• Troubleshoots 12V DC and 110V AC systems.
• Performs repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Conducts functional testing and diagnoses faults.
• Performs equipment setup and changeovers.
• Identifies discrepancies in prints, BOMs and shop orders.

Responsibilities
