Responsibilities

• Support development, assembly, testing, and manufacturing of electrical systems.
• Promote a safe work environment by following HSE policies and using PPE.
• Maintain high-quality standards by following diagrams, manuals, and specs.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance and assist in failure analysis.
• Lead and support team members; share technical expertise.
• Identify manufacturing constraints and drive process improvements to reduce costs and waste.
• Participate in TPM initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Update process documentation and proactive solutions to support manufacturing objectives.
