Job summary

Airbus Helicopters in Columbus, MS seeks a Senior Aircraft Electrical Technician for the H145 Final Assembly Line. You will perform fabrication, repair and installation of electrical/electronic components, ensuring FAA and company specifications are met.

You will read blueprints/diagrams, interpret wiring, and coordinate with teams for parts and schedules. Candidates should have at least six years of avionics experience on aircraft, preferably rotorcraft, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years in avionics on aircraft, preferably rotorcraft.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and diagrams, and modify aircraft structures and repairs.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Familiarity with common aviation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close working relationship with lead person regarding schedules, priorities, and parts availability.
• Perform work from blueprints, sketches, vendor and service manuals to obtain dimensions and tolerances.
• Coordinate with departments for materials, equipment and job schedules.
• Complete forms and records pertaining to completion of assigned work.
