Rosendin is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead in Grapevine, TX. You will oversee larger or more complex projects, manage Engineering Team Leads, and ensure QA/QC across design work while coordinating with project executives and regulatory bodies.

Qualified candidates bring a PE license, a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, and proven leadership. This full-time role offers substantial growth, ESOP participation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field.
Typical requires 10 years of engineering experience.
Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
Field experience is strongly recommended.
Education and experience can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Develop design fees for assigned work and prepare work plans for engineering and production resources.
Oversee and evaluate resource allocation for projects and assign Engineering Team Leads and staff.
Provide QA/QC oversight of designs and technical problem resolution.
Coordinate with city, state, and regulatory agencies as needed.
Perform Value Engineering studies and manage cross-functional collaboration.
