Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO is seeking an Electrical Systems Integration professional to join the SEIT team for final design, development, and delivery of a next-gen MILSATCOM system. The role focuses on electrical subsystems, interfaces, requirements allocation, and anomaly investigations.

The successful candidate will perform data reviews, participate in system/hardware integration, and contribute to test planning and build-flow improvements within a dynamic, security-clearance

• Demonstrated ability to team across organizational boundaries and geographical locations to collaborate with and influence others.
• Ability to obtain a DOD SECRET Security Clearance. Thus US Citizenship is required.

Lockheed Martin is designing, developing, and delivering a next-gen wideband MILSATCOM system comprised of integrated space and ground segments that will provide enhanced communications capacity, flexibility and resiliency. This position will be a key member of the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team in support of the final design, development, production, integration, test, and delivery of this critical capability focused on Electrical Systems Integration.

In This Role You Will

This position is contingent on program award, expected in 3Q 2026.

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with the integration, design, test, or analysis of Electrical, RF, or Software products or subsystems
• Demonstrated ability to team across organizational boundaries and geographical locations to collaborate with and influence others
• Ability to obtain a DOD SECRET Security Clearance. Thus US Citizenship is required

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline
• Systems Integration experience
• Familiar with spacecraft architecture design, development, integration, test
• Validated understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems problem solver; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change
• Experience with MBSE concepts in DOORS and Cameo
• Active secret clearance

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00
