Blue Origin in Seattle is seeking a Systems Engineer for Electrical Systems and EPS to own requirements, architecture, and verification from objectives through flight evidence. You will collaborate with electrical design leads and across spacecraft subsystems to ensure robust power and data interfaces.

The role requires leading verification plans, managing risks, and coordinating with test teams during flatsat, hardware-in-the-loop, and mission-scenario testing. U.S.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in spacecraft systems engineering, electrical power systems, avionics integration, or high-reliability electrical systems.
• Experience writing and managing requirements, architecture trades, interfaces, and verification plans.
• Ability to interface with power-budget owners and coordinate analyses and documentation.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible for U.S. employment.

Responsabilidades

• Own EPS requirements baseline, architecture products, and verification strategy.
• Derive, allocate, and manage verifiable electrical-system requirements with traceability.
• Interface with power-budget owners for nominal and end-of-life cases; reconcile assumptions.
• Lead architecture trades and drive design reviews and change impact assessments.
• Create integrated verification plans and support flatsat and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Manage electrical-system risks and cross-functional closure across teams.
