About the Role

You will work collaboratively with global teams, tackling challenging technical problems and contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented engineer with a strong background in system-level design and a passion for continuous improvement, comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development of sophisticated electrical systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Perform detailed analysis, simulations, and testing of electrical components and subsystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, software, mechanical) to ensure seamless system integration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including specifications, test plans, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Contribute to the definition of future system roadmaps and technology adoption strategies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

• Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and validation methodologies.
