Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electrical, to accelerate supplier qualification and production readiness across multiple programs.

You will partner with engineering, quality, and sourcing teams to optimize designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability, travel 50% and maintain a U.S. security clearance. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role within our defense technology platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, GD&T.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage electrical commodities/subcategories to execute supplier production strategies across Anduril’s business lines.
• Be a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team and commodity strategy, showing ownership and technical excellence.
• Vet Suppliers' production capabilities, factory layout, facilities, workforce for inclusion in Approved Supplier List.
• Support PSE, GSS and SQE in ensuring supplier understanding of quality criteria.
• Lead development of production tooling & lines at supplier sites to ensure capability meeting product requirements.
• Manage capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up at suppliers.
• Drive process performance and controls (SPC) reviews at supplier sites.
• Identify and drive product and process improvements to lower costs and reduce risk.
