Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable plant operations across a complex, 24/7 manufacturing environment* Plan, prioritize, and assign daily, weekly, and monthly work activities while providing clear direction, coaching, and support to electricians and supervisors* Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of electrical power, control, automation, and instrumentation systems to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability* Partner with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to plan repairs, support capital projects, and identify continuous improvement opportunities* Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork**What Are We Looking For*** 7-10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility; candidates with an engineering degree and less experience may also be considered* Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including high-voltage distribution, MCCs, motor maintenance, VFDs, transformers, and grounding systems* Experience troubleshooting electrical, automation, and control systems, including PLCs and 24V/120V control circuits* Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings* Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate work across multiple departments and develop teams* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems; SAP, SCADA, robotics, or industrial automation experience is a plus**Work Environment** This role operates in a heavy industrial setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment.
