Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial and industrial electrical construction projects in Charleston, SC. You will manage crews, coordinate complex installations, and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

You will oversee electrical construction from mobilization through final punch-out while managing manpower, materials, productivity, safety, quality, and daily field execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
• Experience leading large-scale electrical projects.
• Knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction from mobilization through final punch-out.
• Lead safe installation of electrical systems and ensure quality.
• Plan, schedule, manage manpower, materials, and field productivity.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Utilize Procore and other project management tools for tracking and reporting.
• Lead punch-list activities and project closeout.
• Maintain daily reports, time sheets, safety records, and project docs.
• Mentor field personnel and promote safety and quality.
