CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead large commercial projects including schools, hospitals, data centers, and other high-profile facilities. The role requires managing 50+ field workers and overseeing all aspects of project execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating with GCs and project managers, planning and scheduling tasks, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Superintendent on large-scale commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large electrical construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage and supervise a team of 50+ field personnel, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work activities, material orders, and resource allocation.
• Communicate and coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance regulations.
• Oversee project documentation, daily reports, and progress tracking.
