Job summary

McGraw Kokosing is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical teams on large-scale industrial projects. You will drive safety, quality, client relations, and project controls from preconstruction through completion.

You will manage budgets, schedules, vendor relations, and Submittals while coordinating with Project Managers, Foremen, and the Director. Strong leadership, communication, and union experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years field experience with a skilled trades background or a construction/engineering degree with significant field time.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or construction management is preferred.
• Engineer/manager experience on union project work is strongly favored.

Responsibilities

• Set a 24/7 safety culture for crews.
• Lead construction projects from start to finish, including planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Director on personnel issues in line with policies.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and submittals; oversee subcontractors.
