Job summary

McGraw Kokosing is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical teams on large-scale industrial projects. You will drive safety, quality, client relations, and project controls from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with Project Managers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Requirements include a strong field background, a Michigan Electrical Contractor's License, and the ability to manage one large project or several smaller ones while meeting milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• 10 years field experience or with a background as a skilled tradesperson or engineering degree.
• 4-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent with progression through ranks.
• Michigan Electrical Contractor's License and eligibility to work in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Set a safety 24/7 culture for crews and manage field teams.
• Lead construction projects from start to finish with planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Direct Project Engineers, Foremen and team leaders; oversee budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure resources are available.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve startup/closeout problems.
