Job summary

McGraw Kokosing is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical teams on large-scale industrial projects from preconstruction through completion. The role emphasizes safety, quality, client relations, and budget control.

You will coordinate with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors, establish schedules, and drive field execution while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10 years field experience as a skilled tradesperson or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or construction management plus 7 years field experience.
• Strong safety and quality focus with knowledge of safety laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with CPM-based schedules and project controls.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams on large-scale projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Ensure safety and quality on site, manage client relations and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors to drive execution.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities and milestones.
• Represent the company in owner progress meetings and safety kickoff sessions.
