Job summary

McGraw Kokosing in Middletown, OH is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical teams on large-scale industrial projects from preconstruction through final completion. You will be directly responsible for safety, quality, client relations, budget, schedule, and job controls.

The role requires strong leadership of Project Engineers and Foremen, CPM scheduling proficiency, and collaboration with project management to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards and

Qualifications

• 10 years field experience with a trades background or a BS in mechanical engineering or construction management with 7+ years field experience.
• 4-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent, progressing from Journeyman to Foreman to Superintendent.
• Prior experience on union projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set a Safety 24/7 culture for crews.
• Lead construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling and coordination.
• Ensure resources (equipment, material, information) are available for team members.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Director on personnel issues in line with policies and laws.
• Represent company in Owner progress meetings and lead daily field coordination and safety kickoff meetings.
