Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking a Commercial Superintendent to oversee large-scale electrical construction projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, including Northern Virginia and Maryland.

You will lead field operations, supervise Foremen/Journeymen/Apprentices and subcontractors, and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Strong leadership and client relations are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license in DC/VA/MD
• 8+ years commercial electrical construction experience
• Experience as Superintendent or Senior Foreman on large projects
• Strong scheduling, manpower planning, and field coordination
• Excellent communication and leadership; strong safety focus

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for commercial electrical construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower planning, scheduling, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate with Project Managers and leadership.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and documentation for successful execution.
• Identify field challenges early and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop future field leaders fostering accountability, safety, and improvement.

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area, including Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for commercial electrical construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower planning, scheduling, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of scheduling, manpower planning, productivity, and field coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $130,000–$180,000
