Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Oakland is seeking a Commercial Superintendent to oversee field operations on large electrical construction projects across the Bay Area. You will lead foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors, coordinating manpower, materials, and schedules to deliver quality results safely.

A California Journeyman Electrician License is required along with 8+ years in commercial electrical construction and prior Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership.

Qualifications

• California Journeyman Electrician License is required.
• 8+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Previous Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership experience.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for commercial electrical construction projects.
• Supervise Foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate with Project Managers.
• Review drawings and ensure installations comply with project specifications.
• Maintain project quality while meeting production schedules.
• Develop and mentor field leadership.
