Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead major commercial electrical construction projects across the Washington, DC metro area, including Northern Virginia and Maryland. You will oversee field operations, coordinate crews, maintain safety, manage schedule and budget, and mentor junior staff.

Required are a Journeyman or Master Electrician license and 8+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction, plus strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifikationen

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license in DC/VA/MD.
• 8+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Previous Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership experience.
• Strong scheduling, manpower planning, productivity, and field coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven commitment to safety and quality.

Aufgaben

• Lead field operations for commercial electrical projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower planning, scheduling, equipment, materials and subs.
• Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate with PMs and leadership.
• Review drawings, specs and schedules to ensure successful execution.
• Identify field challenges early and implement proactive solutions.
• Build relationships with clients, general contractors, inspectors and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop future field leaders while promoting accountability and safety.
