Job summary

Catapult Federal Services seeks a Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on multi-site, $20M+ commercial electrical construction projects. You will direct superintendents, foremen, and crews, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and top quality.

Work closely with PMs, GCs, and clients to drive execution while enforcing safety and standards. The role requires hands-on leadership of large teams in data center or mission-critical environments, with relocation to Texas markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Led a minimum of 3 projects each valued at $20M+
• Able to manage large field teams (50+ on-site).
• Strong background in complex, multi-phase large-scale commercial builds.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and field scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Relocate to Texas (TX markets).
• Not currently employed by restricted firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on large-scale commercial electrical construction projects.
• Direct superintendents, foremen, and field crews across multiple sites.
• Drive execution to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, GCs, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee manpower planning, productivity tracking, and workforce allocation.
• Enforce safety compliance and installation standards.
• Conduct progress meetings, site walks, and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost overruns proactively.
