Job summary

Skillforce is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to join our Texas team. This full-time, direct-hire role involves leading field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects, including data centers, with relocation to Texas required.

Relocation assistance and full benefits are provided. Applicants should have extensive experience supervising $20M+ electrical projects and be willing to obtain a Texas Journeyman Electrical License with company support.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience leading $20M+ electrical projects.
• Experience with data centers, semiconductor facilities, large commercial construction, or other high-tech/mission-critical projects strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction and high-voltage systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Texas and obtain Texas Journeyman Electrical License with company assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large-scale electrical construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Oversee electrical installation, manpower, scheduling, productivity, and day-to-day field activities.
• Manage and coordinate Foremen, electricians, subcontractors, vendors, and other project personnel.
• Work on projects valued at $20M+, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, general contractors, and other trades.
• Track project progress and identify potential schedule, manpower, or material issues.
• Ensure electrical work meets quality standards, applicable codes, and project specifications.
• Provide strong field leadership on data center projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.
