Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale, multi-year data center project in Indianapolis. You will lead all electrical activities, manage a broad team, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence on a complex site.

The role requires extensive field leadership, proficiency in codes and safety, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, trades, and management across a long project horizon.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Electrical Superintendent in construction
• Experience on large-scale budgets of $500M+
• Data center / mission-critical project experience
• Union affiliation or experience
• Excellent communication and leadership
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical construction activities including design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance
• Ensure all electrical work complies with codes and standards
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams for smooth execution
• Manage a team of ~100 electricians and ensure quality and safety standards
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components
• Handle mission-critical aspects to ensure robust and reliable electrical systems
• Work on hyperscale projects managing electrical needs of large-scale constructions
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures on site
