Jobot is seeking a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on a multi-year data center project in Indianapolis. You will oversee design, installation, testing, and commissioning, manage a team of ~100 electricians, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires 10+ years as an Electrical Superintendent, union experience, and strong budgeting and cost-analysis skills. Travel is extensive, and a BS in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on large-scale, multi-year, mission-critical projects like data centers.
• Union employment history required or previous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical construction activities: design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards on site.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams for project execution.
• Manage a team of ~100 electricians meeting quality and safety standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Handle mission-critical aspects ensuring robust electrical systems.
• Work on hyperscale projects with complex electrical needs.
• Maintain safety regulations and procedures on all work.
