Job summary

George McKenna Electrical Contractors (GME) seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple commercial projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will supervise field teams, develop manpower plans, review drawings, ensure NEC and OSHA compliance, and coordinate with project managers, general contractors and clients to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
10+ years as an Electrical Superintendent or senior field leader.
Proficient reading of blueprints, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Knowledge of NEC and site safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee electrical field operations across multiple commercial projects.
Supervise and mentor Superintendents, Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and subcontractors.
Develop manpower plans and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Review blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor labor productivity, quality, and job-site performance.
Identify and resolve field conflicts and construction issues.
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
Coordinate inspections, materials, equipment, and workforce needs.
Partner with Project Managers, General Contractors, clients, and inspectors.
Maintain strong customer relationships and represent GME professionally.
