GEORGE MCKENNA ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, plus a vehicle allowance,

Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, including field and project management.
Experience managing commercial and industrial projects valued between $1 million and $10 million.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of NFPA 70, 70E, and 72.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software such as Accubid Classic.
Ability to travel to local and out-of-town job sites as needed.
Valid driver's license and ability to work in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously.
Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
Estimate and manage change orders.
Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
Review project drawings and provide layout/design support.
Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and company policies.
