GEORGE MCKENNA ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, plus a vehicle allowance,

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, including field and project management.
• Experience managing commercial and industrial projects valued between $1 million and $10 million.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70, 70E, and 72.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software such as Accubid Classic.
• Ability to travel to local and out-of-town job sites as needed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Estimate and manage change orders.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Review project drawings and provide layout/design support.
• Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and company policies.
