Job summary

Integrated Building Solutions (IBS) is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for our U.S. operations. This role requires full competence in commercial electrical construction with emphasis on safety, code compliance, and coordinating with subcontractors.

You will lead project teams, oversee installations, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with our EOS Traction approach and core values. Candidates should have at least three years of experience and a Journeyman or Master

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years working for an electrical design-build contractor.
• High school diploma with trade and/or college project management schooling or related field.
• Electrical Journeyman or Master license required.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader in safety by complying with IBS and OSHA standards.
• Oversee all phases of construction including assessments, installations, maintenance, repairs, inspections and commissioning.
• Oversee and manage subcontractors on a day-to-day basis when applicable.
• Interpret and comply with construction standards/codes ensuring accuracy and consistency.
