Job summary

ICS Holding seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on project sites, supervising electricians, subcontractors, and technicians. You will coordinate schedules, ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards, and work with project managers and engineers to achieve on-time project completion.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of electrical systems, and experience in field construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in electrical engineering or related field.
• Certification as electrician or electrical technician required or preferred.
• Proven leadership experience as Electrical General Superintendent or similar role.
• 3+ years in field construction management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects with managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Lead electricians, subcontractors, and technicians on site.
• Oversee electrical construction, materials, wiring, and testing.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Implement quality control and ensure compliance with specs and codes.
• Promote safety through meetings, inspections, and audits.
• Maintain electrical installation docs, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Monitor progress and report milestones and delays to stakeholders.
• Assess change order requests and coordinate impacts on schedule and cost.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues.
