Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a laboratory conducting electrical safety testing.
• Deep knowledge of national and international electrical safety standards (EN/IEC/UL).
• Familiarity with test equipment and standards committees.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, investigation plans, and specifications from client input.
• Perform product assessments and component evaluations for safety compliance.
• Conduct technical file reviews, document findings, and prepare client reports.
• Review design/production processes and document deficiencies.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams throughout projects.
• Lead meetings and communicate progress on testing and issues.
• Develop new testing techniques and procedures as needed.
