Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Reliability role within a manufacturing facility.
• Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Experience in developing and managing maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the plant’s Predictive Maintenance & Reliability programs.
• Develop strategic plans for equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Coach and mentor engineers and maintenance staff.
