Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an Electrical Quality Inspector to inspect electrical installations on mission-critical projects, including data centers, ensuring adherence to plans, NEC, and client standards. The role suits electricians or foremen who read drawings and coordinate with field crews.

Two+ years of electrical construction experience and strong NEC knowledge are required, along with the ability to review tests and maintain thorough inspection records on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations, workmanship, and NEC requirements.
• Confidence reading plans, one-lines, schematics, wiring/control diagrams, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Ability to review electrical testing procedures and interpret results.
• Careful documentation, effective teamwork, and the ability to work regularly on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Check installed electrical work against approved plans, specifications, NEC requirements, and client standards.
• Identify installation problems early and work directly with field teams to resolve them.
• Review electrical testing procedures and results, including continuity testing.
• Confirm corrections are complete and installations meet requirements before energization and turnover.
• Keep clear records of inspections, deficiencies, test results, and corrective actions throughout construction.
