Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Locations: AZ, CA, IA, MD, TX, VA

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls
• Lead project teams including superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
• Manage change orders, procurement, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager with an electrical contractor
• Experience managing projects or multiple projects valued between $10M–$100M+
• Strong understanding of electrical construction means and methods
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage complex, fast‑paced projects
