Job summary

EPI Power, LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead subcontractors and field teams on data center projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to control schedules and budgets while ensuring safety and quality on site.

This role requires coordinating with owners, designers, and engineers, plus mentoring field staff and maintaining thorough paperwork. Willingness to travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read/interpret construction documents.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent project organizational skills and leadership with mentorship.
• Business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare two-week look ahead schedules.

• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide opportunities for team development and growth.
• Foster positive relationships on the jobsite.

Job Description

This role requires the ability to work 6 days per week, Monday – Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site
• Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy
• Work alongside the Project Manager(s) to manage the project schedule and budget
• Prepare two-week look ahead schedules
• Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software
• Assist with the buyout and selection of subcontractors
• Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces\
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed, accurate, and timely
• Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures
• Provide opportunities to help the team develop, learn, and grow
• Foster positive relationships on the jobsite

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience required
• Experience working on data center projects required
• Electrical background required

Skills

• Ability to read/interpret construction documents
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials

• Ability to learn specific job‑related software upon hire

• Ability to be a traveler/relocate as needed based on future project needs
