Job summary

Alterman, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager – Water/Wastewater to lead electrical construction projects in Austin, TX.

You will manage water and wastewater facilities, coordinate with owners, engineers, and contractors, and drive safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery. You will develop execution plans, manage labor and procurement, review designs and contracts, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of project management in electrical construction for water/wastewater.
• Experience leading projects from preconstruction to closeout in process-intensive environments.
• Ability to read contracts, schedules, drawings, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, staffing, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling for water/wastewater electrical projects.
• Manage safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site and in offices.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, CM/GCs, and field personnel to meet milestones.
• Develop and monitor execution plans, change orders, and cost-to-complete analyses.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and turnover to owners.
