Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead substation projects, manage resources, and drive execution across all phases of construction in the United States.

The role offers a salary of $150,000 to $170,000 per year with employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, plus opportunities to influence project profitability and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing electrical or substation construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Business, or equivalent field leadership experience.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage scope, budget, and timelines across multiple projects.
