Job summary

Hypower is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for the Electrical Group to lead projects from concept through execution, including prefab delivery and VDC coordination. The role focuses on cost forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and strong customer relationships.

Candidates should have extensive PM experience in electrical construction and Procore proficiency. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure project goals are

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Proven ability to manage projects greater than $5 million.
• Prefab delivery experience is required, including coordination with VDC and field teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient in Procore project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own project financials: costs, billings, projections, margins, commitments, AR/AP.
• Forecast cost-to-complete and revenue projections.
• Lead prefab planning with VDC and field operations.
• Manage preconstruction process from concept through execution with accurate budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering/VDC to leverage models and prefabrication for schedule, cost, and quality gains.
• Negotiate change orders with clients.
