Job summary

Prime Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead increasingly complex electrical construction projects, from initiation to closure, with a strong focus on safety, schedule, and quality. The role requires in-person presence in Washington state and regular travel to sites.

You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, and resources, manage SOV and invoicing, and handle change orders while coordinating with field leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive financial outcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 7–10 years electrical project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles.
• Proficiency with electrical estimating and presenting change orders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office.
• Experience with integrated job cost systems and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex electrical construction projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources; ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate procurement, change orders, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with field leadership and stakeholders to align goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans and critical path schedules.
• Travel to job sites as required; maintain a strong on-site presence.
