Elite Executive Solutions seeks a seasoned Project Executive in Las Vegas to lead large-scale multifamily electrical construction. You will guide project strategy, mentor managers, manage budgets, and strengthen client relationships across multiple projects.

You will drive safety, quality, and operational excellence while coordinating staffing, procurement, and risk management to deliver premier residential outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience with significant multifamily project leadership.
• Experience in executive leadership roles (Project Executive/Senior Project Manager/Operations Manager).
• Proven ability to manage multiple large multifamily projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multiple multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership teams.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Review contracts, manage risk, and provide strategic guidance.

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor in the Las Vegas market to identify an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale multifamily electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multiple multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership teams.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and overall financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Review contracts, manage project risk, and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate staffing, resource planning, procurement, and operational support across multiple projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth and long-term strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience with significant multifamily project leadership.
• Previous experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar executive leadership role.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale multifamily electrical construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, contract administration, and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams while effectively managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

• Garden-style, podium, mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use, student housing, or luxury multifamily developments.
• Experience overseeing multimillion-dollar electrical construction portfolios.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
