Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, or institutional projects.
• Background working for an electrical contractor or MEP firm preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, project financials, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to lead projects and communicate effectively with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee procurement, cost tracking, and change management
• Collaborate closely with preconstruction and field leadership to ensure successful project delivery
