CyberCoders is seeking an Electrical Sr PM to lead ground-up electrical projects in Portland, OR. You will oversee teams, manage budgets, and ensure schedules align with client expectations while delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical project management experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large ground up electrical projects.
• Experience managing the project, supervisors and workers in accordance with the policies and procedures.
• Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the management of assigned projects and teams including performance and profitability.
• Ensure work is completed within established time frames and complies with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project schedules, participate in and/or conduct project meetings.
• Direct the project, supervisors and workers per company policies and procedures.
