Job summary

Carter Support Services in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to spearhead the next growth phase for our established electrical division. This role involves hunting work, estimating it, winning bids, running projects, and implementing scalable systems.

You will lead with structure, build GC relationships, sharpen estimating processes, and drive execution horsepower across field and office teams. Travel up to 25% across Southern California is expected.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial electrical contracting and project management.
• Proven ability to manage projects from bid to closeout.
• Ability to perform takeoffs and develop accurate estimates.
• Experience building GC, estimator, PM, vendor relationships.
• Willingness to travel to job sites, up to 25% in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, scopes, and bid documents.
• Lead electrical projects from bid review through closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and documentation.
• Coordinate with foremen and field crews to keep work moving.
• Develop relationships with GCs, estimators, and vendors to win work.
