Job summary

Hanley Energy US is seeking a Project Support professional to liaise between clients, vendors and internal engineering teams, ensuring efficient project delivery in the US region. This role reports to the Director of Projects and focuses on coordination, documentation and QA across multiple sites, including data centers.

The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years of project support experience, basic electrical theory, and strong communication skills to drive successful installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, or Automation is preferred.
• Experience in electrical systems / control panel design.
• Previous experience on industrial sites or data centers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project & Controls Team on region-specific projects
• Attend client commissioning and coordination meetings at various locations
• Review client specifications and electrical/control SLDs to define scope of works
• Review third-party electrical/control schematics and prepare IO lists
• Clarify queries via the RFIs system
• Implement project quality control procedures and maintain project databases
• Prepare technical submissions and reports for client approval
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for upcoming works
• Attend site to monitor project progress and provide client updates
• Maintain a variation and change order log
• Compile O+M manuals and handover documentation
