Job summary

Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Electrical Division in the Bay Area. You will lead project engineers and coordinate budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, ensuring on-time delivery and strong client relations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in managing electrical projects, excellent communication, and team leadership. This full-time role requires travel within Northern California and a focus on quality, safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing the administrative requirements of electrical projects (>$3M).
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgets and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineers and support staff.
• Final accountability for administrative duties on assigned projects.
• Interface with customer and office on major administrative issues.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders.
• Prepare and review monthly job projections and labor task codes.
• Prepare RFIs and track/document responses.
• Prepare and track product submittals.
• Direct the purchasing of major buyout items and subcontractors.
• Attend jobsite meetings with the foreman at least weekly.
