Job summary

Morrow-Meadows Corporation is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for its San Carlos, CA operations. The role handles submittals, change orders, budgets, RFIs, and scheduling support, working closely with the Project Manager and foreman.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years in electrical project administration, solid teamwork, and excellent communication. Travel across Northern California may be required, with comprehensive benefits and a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and track product submittals
• Prepare and review change orders with Project Manager
• Prepare project budgets and breakdown labor task codes for internal tracking
• Prepare RFIs and track/document responses
• Assist Project Manager with schedule review and analysis
• Assist foreman with methods and materials

Requirements:

• Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in the installation of electrical projects
