Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of electrical commercial construction experience. The Senior Electrical Project Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete the project on time while maintaining a high-level quality, safety, and customer loyalty.

The individual will be ultimately responsible for day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of a project. Management will be of electrical commercial projects within our core markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education and Commercial. They will work closely with all members of the Project Team as well as Project Executives and Regional Leadership teams. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Supervisory Responsibilities

1. Management of all Project Team Members (Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinator).
2. Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast-paced growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG.
2. 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope.
3. Cost control, billings, and collections for assigned project.
4. Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.
5. Challenge & support jobsite and self-perform work team.
6. Accountability for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.

Required Skills and Abilities
We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:

2. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

4. Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
5. Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting.
6. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
7. Experience with running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within core markets.
8. A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.

Education and Experience

1. 10+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction.
2. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.

Physical Requirements

1. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
2. Travel to and from the office as well as assigned job site(s).
