Senior Electrical Project Manager - Ohio

On behalf of our client, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in electrical construction. In this role, you’ll oversee all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning to final closeout—while ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Attend and represent the company in all job-related meetings
• Manage labor schedules and adjust staffing based on project progress
• Track labor by phases and report accurately using job cost systems
• Understand contract terms and full project scope
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and change orders
• Monitor project budgets and produce job cost tracking reports
• Ensure accurate and timely project billing to support cash flow
• Follow up on payments and manage collections when needed
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site walks
• Identify project scopes and client needs
• Submit and review O&M manuals and record drawings
• Ensure all closeout deliverables are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Completion of a 5-year electrical apprenticeship program is advantageous
• Proven experience in the electrical construction industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
