Tiello is currently partnered with an established commercial electrical contractor with a strong portfolio of institutional and healthcare construction across the Chicagoland area. They deliver large, complex electrical projects exceeding $5MM, working alongside general contractors, construction managers, and owners from bid through closeout.
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of electrical construction projects and help grow key customer accounts.
Role Summary
The Project Manager is accountable for the success of all aspects of electrical construction projects, from bidding and contract award through completion. This includes outlining and delegating tasks, building timelines, estimating and controlling costs, mitigating risk, and nurturing positive client relationships.
The PM collaborates across the organization – purchasing, accounting, engineering, and safety – as well as with field supervision, general contractors, construction managers, and inspectors.
